COVID-19 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

We here at Haute Dog have taken appropriate precautions to make our fellow citizens and clients feel safe during this challenging time.

Haute Dog Pet Spa - Dog Grooming Salon & Self-Wash

  • We recommend unvaccinated customers wear masks when in the salon. 

  • We recommend making an appointment for all Grooming Salon and Self-Wash visits. 

  • Curbside service is available for Grooming & Bathing appointments on a per-request basis. 

  • All common surfaces (counters, doors, point-of-sale) are regularly cleaned. 

  • We accepting Credit / Debit Cards and Cash; unfortunately, we do not accept Checks.  Payments may be made in advance over the phone with a Credit / Debit card. 

  • The Salon is open Monday - Saturday at 8:00p, and Sunday at 12:00p.  However, once all of our appointments have gone home, we will close for that day.  

  • Same-Day Salon and Self-Wash appointments are generally available.  Please call (512) 518-3909 to find out if we have availability for a same-day Salon and/or Self-Wash appointment.

Walk-Ins.  Same Day / Walk-In are generally still available for Nail Trims and Self-Wash.  For Grooming, Tidy, and Bathing services, we can usually still offer same-day service - however, we ask that you either call or book online to confirm availability of a Groomer and/or Bather to service your dog.  Just give us a call at (512) 518-3909 or book online to make your appointment. 

 

Curbside. We are still offering curbside service; we will come out to pick up and drop off your pooch easily and most importantly, safely.  Just call us from your cell phone when you're outside the store for your Salon appointment, and a staff member will come out and bring your dog in/out.

Safety.  To avoid cross contamination of any kind, we will sanitize all card systems, the checkout counter, payment keypads, keyboards, touch screens, door handles and knobs, light switches and bathroom fixtures. Groomers are cleaning and disinfecting all grooming tables, kennels and grooming tools between every pet service.  

​

Our staff is available to aid our clients to complete each transaction if you prefer not to touch the screen for signature or pin code pad; your transaction can be hands-free.  We can also accommodate payment via Credit and/or Debit Card over the phone.  

​

We are following the CDC guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. All Haute Dog Staff are vaccinated for COVID-19.
